A Toolucs Node is a high-density urban cluster (e.g., Pune) representing a massive reservoir of latent utility. Each node contains thousands of high-value tools, skills, and resources currently locked behind closed doors. Toolucs is the key to activating this trapped energy.

To maintain peak response velocity and resource depth, the mesh is currently restricted to Node-01: Pune (Kothrud, Baner, Vimanagar, etc.).

Full system activation follows a strict three-phase deployment:

Phase 1 [Node-01 Activation]: Territories remain in "Staged" mode until 50% of the local population equips the protocol. This is the threshold required to move from TPS 0.1 to TPS 0.5.
Phase 2 [Provincial Scaling]: Upon peak saturation of Node-01, the system will initialize Node-02, targeting subsequent high-utility cities in Maharashtra.
Phase 3 [Territorial Integration]: Sequential activation of Nodes 03, 04, and 05 continues until the mesh covers the entire Maharashtra territory, eventually expanding to unify the national resource grid.
