At Toolucs, we believe in Total Freedom and Pure Merit. Your data is your property. This policy outlines how we protect your information while enabling you to access the resources of your neighborhood.

1. Data Collection & Neighborhood Mapping

To activate your local account, we collect minimal but essential information:

Identity: Your name and phone number are used solely for account creation and verification.
Proximity: We access your location only with your explicit permission. This is required to show you technological and biological tools within your chosen radius (10m to 10km).

2. The Golden Rule of Privacy

No Sharing: We will never share, sell, or trade your personal data, such as your phone number or exact home address, with any third party or other users.
Privacy by Choice: Your exact location is never broadcast. Users only see that a resource is available within a general proximity.

3. Authentication & Security (The OTP Protocol)

Your security is paramount to maintaining a safe meritocracy.

Login Only: Toolucs uses One-Time Passwords (OTP) exclusively for secure login to the app.
Strict Non-Disclosure: We will never ask you to share your OTP or any sensitive account details over the phone, email, or in person.
Zero Exceptions: Do not share your OTP with anyone, even if they claim to be an official representative or employee of Toolucs.

4. Merit & Communication

Direct Negotiation: Communication between users happens within the app's secure portal. We encourage users to maintain interactions here to build their Merit Score safely.
Selection by Choice: You have the absolute right to choose who you interact with and what information you disclose during a negotiation.

5. Right to Erasure (Freedom to Leave)

The system is based on free choice. If you decide to de-activate your presence:

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu.
Once deleted, your data is scrubbed from our active systems, and your resources are removed from the local map.

Style: High-contrast, sharp black-and-white layout.
Placement: Visible as a link on the final onboarding screen to ensure the "Safety" axis is established before the first exchange.
